"Swanhaven" is a complete turn-key long-term rental. Available from October to the end of April, minimum of 3 months, but why not just stay the winter in the beautiful Northwoods? Totally refurbished 1940's log cabin with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Gorgeous panoramic views of the lake. It has a modern fully equipped kitchen, formal dining area, and inviting cozy living room. The home has an open concept, gas fireplace, sun room, and desk workspace to make this the perfect winter escape!
$3500 per month with 3 month minimum and 1 month's security Deposit.
Pets are negotiable upon Owner's approval.
Guest will sign a Lease with the Owner.
Fully furnished, Guest Additionally for pays for LP gas, garbage and snow removal.
No Smoking.
No chemical cleaners or air fresheners are allowed.
