The Cozy Loon Cabin is a three-level lakefront home on quiet Little Bass Lake in Cable, Wisconsin, located approximately 20 feet from the water’s edge and designed to blend Scandinavian-inspired architecture with a close, natural connection to the lake and surrounding woods.
Little Bass Lake is a non-motorized lake, well suited for paddling and fishing. Guests have access to a private dock and 2 kayaks to explore the lake.

Set among the trees just 20 feet from peaceful, non-motorized Little Bass Lake, Cozy Loon is a Scandinavian-inspired lakefront retreat near Cable, Wisconsin.
Wake up to the lake outside your windows. Paddle from the private dock using the 2 provided kayaks, fish just steps from the cabin, watch the sunset through soaring west-facing windows, or settle in beside the wood-burning fireplace on a chilly evening. Little Bass Lake is peaceful and non-motorized, ideal for paddling, fishing, wildlife watching and listening to loons across the water.
When you feel like exploring, the surrounding Northwoods offer hiking, biking, paddling, cross-country skiing, forests, rivers and small towns. Or stay at the cabin and let the day unfold without much of a plan.
Cozy Loon sleeps up to six, but it is also a great fit for couples and groups of 2–4 who want room to spread out. Three levels provide space to be together while still finding a quiet corner of your own.
For riders and skiers, the locked Bike Station provides secure covered bike storage, a repair stand, tools, air pump and bike wash. Winter guests also have indoor and outdoor ski storage, a heated boot/glove dryer and 4 pairs of snowshoes.
1000 Mbps fiber internet, Wi-Fi inside and out—including toward the dock—and dedicated workspaces make remote work, streaming and Wi-Fi calling easy when you need to connect. The cabin is heated and air conditioned for year-round comfort, with the wood-burning fireplace adding extra warmth and ambiance when the weather turns chilly.
The kitchen is well equipped for everything from a quick snack to a larger meal.
Sleeping layout: The upper level has a queen sleeping area connected to an open twin-bed alcove with no door between them. The lower level has two private bedrooms, one queen and one with two twin beds, both with exterior lake-view windows. The main level has no bedrooms.
Bathrooms are on the upper and main levels, both with showers and heated towel bars.

Guest access
Parking is at the top of the driveway near the garage; follow the walking path to the house. Guests have full access to the house, locked Bike Station, private yard and dock. Guests do not have access to the garage.
Other things to note
This home is pet-friendly. If the Pet Fee is not automatically added, please contact us to add the Pet fee, which is $25 per pet per night, plus taxes through the message center. Pet limit is 2.
