How do I book a home?

On the Homepage, enter your dates in the calendar and search for all the homes available during that time period OR pick which category you are looking for and compare homes. Once you have decided on a cabin, enter the dates in the calendar and view your quote. Simply add the reservation to the cart and proceed checkout. Feel free to call our office at 715-798-2252 and we will be glad to help you.

Is booking online secure?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Can I bring my pet with me?

We offer a variety of homes, some of which allow pets and some do not. Pets are allowed only in Pet Approved Homes with preapproval.  Pets are limited to two domestic, housebroken dogs. Let us know when making your reservation by clicking the “pet” option.  A Pet Fee of $20 per pet per night will be charged.  Pets in pet-friendly homes must be registered and paid for before your arrival. There is a maximum of 2 pets at a Pet-Friendly property.
Pet owner is responsible for cleaning up after the pet and any damages. If a pet has not had prior approval and evidence of a pet is apparent a pet fee of $300 will be charged. Pets in non-pet homes are strictly forbidden and will result in eviction. If a pet stays at a “No Pet” cabin, a fee of $500 will be charged for evidence of a pet on a Non-Pet property and the pet will need to be removed.

Do we need to bring our own Linens & Towels?

What should I do upon arriving at the property?

Upon arriving at the property, take a moment to read the information provided to you. Then inspect the property and note any damages, needed repairs, etc. to our office within 24 hrs. Please don’t wait to tell us until after you leave, we want your stay to be as comfortable as possible.

We just arrived at the Property and the home is NOT what we expected.

NCVR takes every measure to provide our guests with accurate and detailed information about the property so our guests are not unpleasantly surprised. Please be sure you review the virtual tour, interactive map, and descriptions before arrival. NCVR properties are individually owned, and as per our owner contracts and your lease agreement, refunds cannot be given and we cannot transfer guests to other properties.

I would like to book this property again for next year or consider another NCVR home.

Feel free to call our office if you would like to rebook the same timeframe and cabin for the next year. You have 5 days after departure to rebook, after those 5 days the availability is released to the public. You can also re-book your cabin later using our online booking or check out our many other great cabins.

I am allergic to animals. Does non-pet friendly mean there has never been a pet in the home?

A home advertised as non-pet friendly is an owner’s preference and does not necessarily mean a pet has not been in the home. NCVR cannot guarantee any home to be allergen-free or that even if the home is not pet friendly, the owner or guests of the owner does not have a dog or cat that frequents the home.
